Delivery & Returns


Due to the recent closure of a number of international borders due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our international deliveries from the UK will be delayed.

We are working with our shipping partners to understand the impact of the delays and to be able to provide relevant information to any customers whose orders are currently in transit.

We anticipate these delays will affect our delivery times.


Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer of sale.  Goods are normally dispatched within 3 working days of receipt.  If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.  Delivery can take up to 7 days within the UK and Europe and 15 days for the rest of the world.



  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.
  • Items should be returned unused and must be returned within 60 days of delivery.  
  • To return your purchase, please complete the returns label below, attach it to your parcel and take it to the post office. Please obtain and retain a proof of posting.
  • They must be returned in the original packaging with the original delivery note.
